today was goooood. had slim fast for breakfast, fiber-one and crackers for snack, cereal with slimfast for lunch, and tuna and tomato on homemade bread for dinner. the acai stuff it really working, i think. lost another pound!
core crunch was actually pretty cool. i've never had much against doing crunches, i'm just glad to be working my belly. the only thing i didn't like was how my neck and shoulders hit form constantly lifting off the ground. but i survived the half-hour workout and will definitely be going back next week.
i'm getting really annoyed with RJ. i wish he could go on a diet! he's ssssoooo heavy! after a long ride and workout, the last thing i want to do is haul him up the stairs. it would be alright if he wasn't so cumbersome, i'd just think of it as the last hoo-rah for working out. but it's not like that, he's a pain in the butt. it also stinks when i have to put him on the bus because it's too dark to ride home (i wish he had some lights!). it's embarrassing to look like an idiot trying shove a bike on a rack 2 feet off the ground in front of the bus driver. and it's not any easier getting him off. gosh, what i would give for a new and light bike.... watch, now he's going to fall apart tomorrow and i'll be really sorry i said this!
it's going to be tough to ride tomorrow because i'm sssooo busy (like crazy!) but I WILL go to upper body class after work. so yeah, just gotta make sure to keep up on the food schedule!
