yea, well.... of course nothing works out the way i would like. my best friend just earned his PhD and it was nothing but party party party every day last week. and the food!! let's not talk about it, i'm so embarrassed. i wish i had more self control, i could have avoided overeating. so yea, looks like i gained some weight. but hopefully the amount i gained so quickly will drop off just as soon.

i'll keep my same goal of losing 10lbs, so i'll be 217lbs. i plan on "detoxing" this week. i picked up some acai clense stuff, so let's see how it works. it was only $10, so i dunno how great it is, but it's all i could afford. it's a 14 day system, so i hope it'll help get rid of the weight by september 24th. i also plan on drinking more slim fast and staying away from all the coffee i've been drinking lately (i told you that stuff is bad!) of course, i will drink a lot more water!

i did get some workout in today, even though it was very little. but i felt proud that i forced myself to ride my bike to walmart instead of driving. yay me! it was also good that i spend 3hrs on my feet during work. anything's better than sitting in a desk all day!

no longer will i say "i'm not sure what tomorrow will bring." i promise to plan my day ahead of time and force myself to accomplish all the tasks. so, tomorrow I WILL wake up early and ride my bike to school. (it's supposed to be a really nice day.) and in the evening I WILL go to the corec and take the introduction body sculpt class (classes are no longer free, darn you $45!). i have no idea what body sculpt is, but i'll let you know! unfortunately i won't be able to bike there because it'll be too dark to go home. better safe than sorry!
